Tokomine Methodology
Our scoring framework is designed for full transparency. Every rating is derived from a weighted composite of five core dimensions, each assessed against a standardized set of questions by independent analysts.
Scoring Framework & Category Weights
Evaluates the quality, verifiability, liquidity, and collateralization ratio of the underlying real-world assets.
Measures the quality and frequency of disclosures including audits, reserve attestations, and real-time reporting.
Assesses investor protections, regulatory compliance, bankruptcy remoteness, and entity structuring.
Reviews audit history, exploit track record, admin key controls, and contract maturity.
Evaluates ease of redemption, secondary market liquidity, and peg/redemption stability history.
Rating Scale Definitions
Highest quality — suitable for institutional allocation with minimal residual risk.
Strong fundamentals with minor areas for improvement. Broadly suitable for informed investors.
Acceptable but with material gaps in one or more dimensions. Requires due diligence.
Significant concerns across multiple dimensions. Suitable only for risk-tolerant participants.
Critical deficiencies identified. Not recommended without thorough independent review.
Analyst Review Process
Initial data collection from on-chain sources, audit reports, and legal filings
